The study concerns the reconstruction of a stone building in the Plakanos area on Serifos Island. The goal is to create two independent, fully equipped houses while maximizing accommodation capacity within the minimum square footage of each unit. To achieve this, individual levels and lofts have been incorporated, utilizing the height of the space to maximize sleeping areas and discreet storage solutions.
