The project involves the construction of a new complex comprising seven fully furnished rooms-apartments. The primary goal was to create small suites that would offer privacy while also allowing functional unification through internal doors. Additionally, the aim was to design communal spaces that promote social interaction and companionship among the tenants.

In line with these objectives, and taking into account both the steep slope of the terrain and the limited length of the plot, the complex is developed in a linear layout. The room volumes are organized into distinct units (in pairs or individually), with smaller plastered volumes interposed as ‘connecting necks.’ Access to the rooms is provided via an outdoor corridor located at the rear of the complex.

At the front, each room features a private veranda covered with a pergola, where an outdoor kitchen and seating area are arranged. A few steps below, an outdoor lounge area is created, and all rooms have direct access to the swimming pool, which extends along the entire front façade of the complex. This gradual descent in elevation not only facilitates integration with the natural landscape and the terrain’s morphology but also ensures privacy by obstructing direct visual contact with the rooms’ interiors from the pool area.

At the entrance of the complex, a large open reception area covered with a pergola has been designed. This area includes an open kitchen, a lounge, a projection area for movies, and an open space for fitness activities, aiming to enhance the social life of the tenants.

To achieve maximum integration of the complex into the natural landscape, the main buildings are constructed with dry stone walls, while the connecting volumes are coated with colored plaster. All roofs are green and slightly sloped to create the impression of continuity with the surrounding terrain, ensuring that the intervention is as subtle as possible.
